I dedicate this to nature:



Soil is not only our mother

But also our father,

It is rich, a haven of activity.

The first step to the food web

Our second nurturer


Marl contains microbes

Running rampant everywhere

Converters they are

Of organic to inorganic

Breeders of nutrition,

Kinsmen of fungi.


Fungi have long threads

they absorb, recreate, further simplify.

Nutrition  is bartered for carbon

With the next persona, 

Necessary for life


Plants receive it, reconvert

And with the advent of leaves,

Starts the environ.

Even we benefit from sod,

Crops we grow and then we eat

We feed, sell, and then repeat.



Today, it is dying

the marl is losing its fertility

After providing for all 

Selflessly, on and on.


Now we dump our waste

Our trash, our rubbish

We are the ones, who deepen its Trouble

We are the ones, who befoul it to Rubble.



Soil is why we are alive

The sole reason for our lives.

Why do we destroy,

That which is a necessity to survive?


What comes out

Must go back

Only then, will what goes back,

come up again


Let us Cleanse 

For our future needs Cleansing,

Let us save

For our Soil needs Saving.

Mufasa, The Lion King: Movie Review

Mufasa, The Lion King is an addition to the highly successful The Lion King franchise and acts as a well written prequel to the famous and heart touching The Lion King 1994. It is directed by Barry Jenkins and produced by Adele Romanski and Mark Ceryak. It has gained great attention and a lot of well deserved applause.  It features the story of how Mufasa, the father of Simba, fights for the Pridelands and not being born into royalty, becomes the King he is.  The external conflict involves a greedy tyrant Lion named Kiros who rounds up albino lions who are not accepted by their own prides.  The internal conflict is showcased and minutely explains the roots of the widespread tree of hatred his own brother Taka had grown for him.  Mufasa uses high technology CGI which gave the animated characters some expressions, which the live action remake of The Lion King failed to achieve.
