Mind Strengthening

 Human brains are the most powerful machines the earth has ever seen. Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve. The potential one's mind holds has no limits whatsoever. Our brains are essentially divided into the concious and subconscious sections to be dominated by the latter. Each part of the two subdivisions owns a separate department for emotions, memory, intelligence, knowledge, senses, metabolic activities, etc. These parts are often triggered by our surroundings rather than being controlled by us, and so, to stand out of the crowd, one must learn to control the mind, which is solely achieved by singleness of purpose. In today's one-minute reel era, concentration is a tough skill to develop and can be nurtured by practicing meditation, yoga, and doing mind exercises like reading knowledgeable books or painting for a long period of time. 

The mind has to focus and in order to accumulate it's concious thoughts and execute them as an answer to combat real life conflicts one faces. To have a strong mind is to have good concentration skills.
